What you will do
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in digital lending. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to define requirements, streamline workflows, and enable seamless lending lifecycle automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements related to Banking/NBFC/Financial Services, including requirement gathering and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and comply with industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, systems, and requirements.
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices in the banking landscape, including security protocols and compliance requirements.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that systems meet business requirements and perform as expected.
- Support ongoing maintenance and optimization of systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field. MBA degree will be a plus.
- Strong understanding of the banking/fintech landscape.
- Experience working with both waterfall and agile methodology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross – functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
